Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes work for SubSnag paid subscriptions offered by Arkalys (French micro-entreprise / auto-entrepreneur). It applies together with our Terms and Conditions and the terms presented at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider; their terms and dispute timelines may also apply.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing or account management options we provide (for example, your customer portal or account settings). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your account.
Unless we state otherwise at purchase, when you cancel, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account may revert to a free tier or lose access to paid features, as described in your plan.
3. Refunds
General. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, at our discretion, or as explicitly stated at checkout. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, duplicate charges or failure to deliver the Service due to our error), contact us promptly at support@subsnag.com with relevant details (account email, charge date, and amount).
Partial periods. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.
Trials and promotional pricing. If we offer a free trial or promotional price, the terms shown at signup apply. Converting from a trial to a paid plan may charge you according to the plan you select.
4. Statutory rights (EEA, UK, and similar)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within a statutory period, subject to exceptions (for example, where digital content delivery has begun with your consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal may be lost). Nothing in this policy limits those rights where they apply.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to the Service until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can help without disrupting your account.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
